Porch Leveling
Level Your Porch. Love the Way It Looks.
Your porch is often the first thing people see when visiting your home. But when concrete porches sink, tilt, or crack, they create safety hazards and take away from your home’s curb appeal. In some cases, a sinking porch can even allow water to collect near your foundation, leading to bigger problems over time.
At Henning Concrete Lifting, we repair porches with fast, clean, and affordable polyurethane foam leveling. Instead of tearing out and rebuilding, we lift and stabilize your porch so it’s safe, level, and ready to use the same day.
Why Do Porches Sink?
Concrete porches are heavy and usually attached to the front or side of your home. Over time, shifting soil or water issues can cause them to settle unevenly. The most common causes include:
- Soil erosion from rain or poor drainage around the home
- Poor compaction during the original build
- Water pooling along the edges of the porch
- Soil shrinkage during dry seasons followed by settling in wet weather
As the soil weakens, porches begin to sink, tilt forward, or separate from steps and adjoining walkways.
